I’ll be brief, phoned BT Tuesday night as I’m within my 14 day cooling period with fibre 2, going back original fibre 1 speeds (55/10). The customer service guy said it’ll take up to 5 days, is this correct as it’ll take me out of the 14 days (I think).

You only have to request the revert within 14 days, the offline team that process them can take a few days to action it, depends on how busy they are, don't worry as calls are recorded and there will be a request raised on your account.
