Bar a specific number via call barring?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to bar calls to specific numbers via call barring? The guidance seems to indicate it is only possible to bar calls made to types of calls, not specific numbers.

Not possible, but some phones will allow you to do that, however if someone plugs another phone in, then that will be defeated.

BT offer Network Controlled Call Control, but this is designed to only allow specific numbers to to be called, and is designed to prevent repeated calls to services like 123.
