I've just received another bill in the mail about my bill for BT Sport, and this is after I have called the helpline and asked them to cancel my subscription for it, which I have done twice at this point and will make it the third time I am having to cancel it. I can't imagine what had happened in order for something like this to happen, it's very frustrating as I'm being charged for something that I do not use and have never used, I don't even remember buying a subscription for it in the first place.
I am done calling and asking the helpline to cancel as this is clearly not the right solution. Does anyone know any other way that I can properly cancel my subscription ?
