Hi Everyone

I recently switched to BT's Big Sport package and in the meantime I have lost access to BT Sport HD. Does anyone know how I can get it back without going for one of the complete packages?

You need to add the HD boost

HD Boost for £5 per month, try watching a HD channel, it should give the option to add it via the Youview box, you can also manage it online via www.bt.com/mybt or just ring the value or loyalty team on 0800 800 150
