Billed for incoming calls

Why am I billed for incoming calls, my understanding was that on prepaid I would top up if I would be using the phone. I never use the landline.

I'm sorry you've had incorrect charges on your mobile. Have you used any ringback services? Can you give us a call on 150 so we can look into this for you?
