While we moved from our old location to our new, BT provided us with a mini-hub until our new address was connected. This was great - everything worked well.
Now we have been reconnected to our FTTC since 19th January and all works well. The mini-hub has been packed safely away should we encounter any problems in the future.
Upon checking MyBT, I see the following:
That shouldn't be the case as we're back on FTTC, so I checked our mobile usage and both our phones are reported as having used zero data! Mind you, I'm not too bothered as we never use much anyway. Could it be someone has forgotten to switch this off?
