I wondered if you would ask that question: It is Home Hub 3.

And, re your previous reply re IP address; check my response above yours. That was the IP address I used to get the data.

In which case you must still be using an Openreach modem along with the hub which is where the line stats will be held. They will not be accessible unless you have hacked the modem to unlock it.

I suggest you ask customer services to send you a Smart Hub 2 to replace your modem and hub.
