Hello,
I live in the IG1O area of London. During the thunderstorms this morning our broadband failed. My router has a solid orange line and the “broadband” icon is flashing red.
I have tried to restart the router to no avail.
The service status on the BT website for my phone number is unclear. The banner states there could be a broadband outage in my area which BT are trying to fix, but it lists this issue as one from the 12 August.
Could the status of my service be confirmed please?
