Our broadband failed suddenly yesterday and I have subsequently logged the fault with BT.
They have confirmed that there is a failure outside of the house however are unable to send an engineer to rectify until Thursday 6th August.
My son is working from home and relies on this internet connection. Is there anything that can be done to speed up the rectification of the problem?
