Hello all. I am still having problems with my broadband dropping out sporadically and I'm at my wits end so any help would be greatly appreciated.
My bt hub light will flash orange and take a minute or so to reconnect. This seems to happen at random intervals and I don't see any pattern.
I removed the face plate and plugged the filter straight into the test port but it still happens. I tried the noisy line test call and couldn't notice anything.
It's really getting to me now because if I'm working from home I get booted from the vpn every time it drops out and it takes forever to get back on.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I'm so fed up of it that I'm considering buying out the rest of my contract with bt so I can get virgin or hyperoptic.
