We have not had internet for over 3 days now and it shows fault in BT retail server. My account does not show the reported fault although I have a number for it.

I got this on the service status page when I logged in to check issues. However, my area is not listed for issues with broadband or phone.
Can someone please help as internet is very critical now even more than ever before.
