Broadband speed/ping got fixed and Is now slow again

Has an issue with our broadband not long ago, my ping on games would shoot through the roof as soon as anyone streamed Netflix or YouTube in my house, spoke with a mod and he helped and was able to sort my ping out, however this only lasted a couple of weeks and over the past month my ping is horrendous in games again, I’m at a constant 100+ ping spiking to 400-600 ping. Can anyone help again?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you're having problems with your connection.

To get a better understanding of what could be causing the spike in latency, please could you post your router stats? 

If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager.  Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’.

What device do you do your gaming on and is this connected wired or wirelessly? If wirelessly have you tried connecting wired to see if this makes a difference?
