Broadband stability

Hi. I've been having a problem for around 18 months where my Internet will suddenly cut out between the hours of 6pm and midnight. It will always reconnect after 5 mins or so. After many frustrated phone calls and engineers coming out they finally told me 3 weeks ago its a line stability problem on the network. But I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Any complaints I open are closed automatically without resolve... Is this a normal wait time for fixing a stability problem or closing complaints?? Thanks

Hi @Garethreed1, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Sorry that you've had this problem with your broadband for so long and that your complaints are closed before resolution.

If you check your MyBT do you have any open faults or complaints showing?

There's one open complaint now but only because I reopened it after they closed it. Engineer came today and said he moved me onto a different line by the cabinet... Internet just went again 🙄
