Re: Broadband upgrade

Hi all,

My fibre broadband is due to be upgraded from 76mbps to 500. Just done a speed test and it hasn't upgraded yet. Do I need my bt smart hub plugged in for the upgrade, as I'm currently not using it and using a linksys tri-band ax5300 instead.

Do you have FTTC and are upgrading to FTTP?

have you had the ONT installed?

I have fttp and the ont for nearly 2 years, I just wanted the speed upgrade but it hasn't happened yet.

When was the upgrade activation date? You don't need to connect the hub for your connection to upgrade

if upgrade date passed then phone FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and ask

Before midnight on 9th September. I figure that would of been this morning but maybe it means tonight 🤔
