Earlier this year I switched to FTTP and as part of that move my phone line of course went to digital voice. It was fine for a while, then soon stopped working, with the Smarthub 2 showing it as not configured. Rebooted hub, nothing, eventually used the online landline troubleshooter to somehow push setting to the hub again. This seemed okay for a while, Couple of weeks later the same, again the same process fixed it, did this 3 or 4 times, very annoying. It happened yet again, yet now the troubleshooter always hangs. So I had to rind support, explain it, and again they did something to push the settings to my hub. Yet agaiun it worked for a while - but has now yet again lost its settings! this is just terrible, my phone does not work more than it works, anyone else seen this? Do I just have to call them every couple of weeks to reset it? Not an acceptable level of service at all, my old landline simply worked, this new digital service seems appalling, I guess I should look at just cancelling the landline entirely and going only mobile, certainly not with BT!
Anyone got any suggestions how I can stop my hub losing its digital voice settings all the time?

if your hub is powered up 24/7 and you are not getting drops in connection then I would phone CS and ask for hub replacement. I have DV and never had a problem in nearly 2 years
