Bt pro box fault finding

Hi All

My inlaws have had a BT pro box set up by BT yesterday, they've just rang me asking for help (there in Ni so I can't just pop round) their pro box is unresponsive when powered on you get the BT logo then just a black screen. The purple light on the front of the box is blinking, the manual doesn't say what the light blinking means does anyone know?

Hi @chipp, welcome back, and sorry that this is happening with the Pro Box. 

Try a Factory Reset of the Pro Box and see if it then sets up ok?
