Bt sport app with broadband

Hi ever since I’ve had my broadband through BT I’ve been able to watch sport on the app for free. 
this has now stopped and tells me I don’t have a subscription for this? I’m still in contract so not sure why it’s stopped

Thanks for posting about the Sport App, sorry you're having problems. Have you recently placed any orders? Do you have BT TV? have you made any changes to your account recently?
