Having previously had a problem with not being able to login to my BT app which was fixed thank you. I now can't login again nor can I login to BT WiFi app.

Hi I thought I had posted this but anyway her it is again.
I recently couldn't access my BT app which you resolved thank you. I've now got the same problem again plus I can't access BT WiFi app.

Hi @Privatefraser, welcome back and sorry you can't access the apps. We are aware of an issue and an updated version of the MyBT app is now available to download. Please can you uninstall the app and install it again and see if they now work ok for you.
