Bt sport sign in

I made a new account for bt sports and have just paid £25 for the monthly pass but when I try to sign in it says were unable to find an active subscription on this account please check for our help pages for details on how to get access  can anybody help me please aye have confirmed my email and puts me onto a bt page but wont let me sign in on any device thank you

Did you use a BT ID that you'd already set up? Or did you create a new one? Existing IDs can cause issues.
