BT sports is asking me to upgrade my subscription when I have an active subscription, it was working fine and now it won’t let me sign in but it’s working on my phone. Any ideas please?

Hi mate, it’s on my fire stick. No error code, it lets me all the way through, accepts password and then asks me to go and upgrade my subscription?
If you have a BT mobile or EE mobile subscription then it only entitles you to watch on your mobile phone. With EE there's the option to pay for the large screen add-on, but with BT mobile no upgrade is available (you'd need to pay for a full subscription).
What type of subscription do you have?
We’ve got bt sport ultimate through ee bud, I’ve been able to watch it without any issue then it’s just all of a sudden asked me to sign in and now I can’t get access.
There are 2 EE add-ons - one for Ultimate, and one for large screen. Unfortunately Ultimate doesn't include large screen, so you need both if you want to watch Ultimate on your Fire TV.
For you to be seeing the upgrade prompt, it means that our system doesn't show you as having the large screen add-on.
If you're 100% sure that you have it, then I'm afraid you'll need to ask EE to re-send your profile to our system by calling 07953 966 250.
