Bt tv pro box

Just got the Bt tv pro box,but when using Netflix or Prime Video the box is not recognising HDR content.Anybidy else having this problem?Thanks.

Check the settings on your TV for the HDMI input that the box is connected to. Our TV doesn't enable HDR by default and you have to put it on a specific display setting...

Thanks for help.Yeh,the ports are set for UHD HDR,worked on other devices in the past.

Unsure whether your issue is that the NEtflix and Prime Video players  on the BTTV Pro Box are not offering HDR content or whether the players are but you do not believe your TV is  displaying in in HDR  when you play the content .?

Other devices that i use,example ps4,nvidia shield,will show that HDR has been selected with a brief message on screen and when you press info button.Hope this makes sense.
