By virus protection

Hello. Is there any way to link phones etc from the items that are protected. We made the mistake of changing the phone details to our names, now due to new phones we don't know which each name belongs to what phone/tablet. We are approaching our max of fifteen items we can protect and need to delete old phones/tablets

Open BT Antivirus, on the Home screen you will see a number of options across the top of the screen, click on My Info.  From there, click on the Protect Home Network tile at the bottom of the screen.

You should see a screen like the one below, you can use the information on there to identify your devices, i.e. are they online/offline, do the IP addresses and Mac addresses fit. Presumably there is a way to un-register any you don't recognise from MyBT.

Re: By virus protection

I've just looked on the BT website and it's easy, click on this link (you will need to login to My BT) https://home.mcafee.com/Secure/Protected/Dashboard/Default.aspx?affid=691
