That code look up site , although showing no Openreach fibre , does also state 100% coverage 300Mb broadband , presumably from another network provider , if that other company already has a large percentage of existing connections , then that could have been a factor in wether OR deployed FTTP or not, also it’s possible the local council had made it difficult for OR ( pretty sure , initially at least ) Kensington refused planning permission of OR to erect any more street furniture, perhaps Tower Hamlets ?, did the same , or it could even be, given that the FTTC cab has to be pretty close to the existing copper cabinet , that physically it’s was difficult /impossible to find a suitable location for the fibre cabinet.
TBH, with the current focus on FTTP, it’s not that likely ( IMHO ) that FTTC will be coming , it makes less sense now that presumably it made years ago when , in the main, the FTTC rollout was taking place, much more likely to be FTTP now than FTTC , after all 80Mb is frequently dismissed as inadequate , and would only be a stopgap anyway.
