The scam calls are NOT coming from an area code. They have been spoofed to appear as though they have come from an area code so as to fool the receiver when they look at the number that is showing on their phone. 

This will be my last post on this as all you are doing is going round in circles and I would suggest that the moderators lock this pointless thread.
