Caller ID fault

Hi, 
 
My caller id dropped out on 27th Jul 2021 and been battling with BT call centre ever since.
 
Had so many line checks that I'm surprised its not worn away!
 
Openreach keep coming back saying the line is fine.  BT call centre have added & removed the calling features about 3 times now, last attempt was to "bundle" all the calling features together and still nothing.
 

Can someone please help before I loose the last of my sanity.
