Caller display not working

Hi,

I have changed package in october last year and some features were lost and I had Call Protect and Caller identity added back on a week back. I had confirmation this had been enabled

Caller identity is not active. How do I resolve this?

Welcome to this user forum.

Please check to see if Caller Display is switched on by entering the
code * # 234 #. If it's active you'll get the message Caller identity will
be displayed.

If its not active, then its quite a common problem where the exchange configuration is lost, and is out of sync with your account.

To fix it, you need to remove the caller display option from MyBT, and progress that order.

Then wait 48 hours and add it again. That will reload the customer profile within 24 hours.

- the response I get on the above is "service request not available".
- I called the 0800 number and Shane said he would turn it off and on again over the weekend ... which sounds like he will be doing as your recommend above.
