Can't View Historic Bills

Good afternoon

I've been a BT customer for about 3 months and get billed every month but I can't see any of my historic bills in bill history

Does anyone know how to make them visible?

Hi, @Roberts2 Thanks for posting, can you view your latest bill? If you can see your recent bill, click the link that says previous under Your bills.

Thanks for your reply, I cant view mt latest bill its saying it cant retrieve any data and that I owe you £0. When I go to previous bills it says there are no results found I ve changed the filter and it still finds no results
