I have logged into my BT and every time I try to access my monthly bills to download a copy it only tells me how to log on. Even though I'm logged into MY BT it will not let me access any information about my account. I just want to see monthly bills!!!
@KJ65 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I've seen that happen before when there are no account details associated with the BT ID. Are you sure you're logged into the primary BT ID?
