I've had an external fault on my fibre to home halo product since Saturday past 22nd August. The mini hub didn't arrive until Tuesday 25th and the performance of it has been very slow not permitting me to carry out my 'work from home' business. I can't get through to any operators on the BT numbers, and have been trying since Monday waiting for anything up to an hour and still in a queue unanswered.
The fault update on the 'tracking' site said the fault was expected to be repaired on Tuesday 25th, but it hasn't and there has been no new information for me since ....I am very disappointed at the service on what is a premium product I am paying for.
