Can't log in to BT Sport on PS5 after EE contract renewal

I can't log in to BT Sport on my PS5. I've had a BT account via the EE add-on for some time.

It was working fine a couple of days ago, but my EE contract has just been renewed (including the BT add-on again) and now I'm only able to access BT Sport via my phone, not on my PS5 anymore.

The message on the PS5 says I need to 'upgrade my subscription' (the username/password are correct).

Why am I no longer able to access the PS5 app?

Hi @danielsmith that sounds like a subscription issue but I'm sorry it's not something BT will be able to help you with and you'll need to contact EE. Make sure they have also included large screen access.
