Hi - I can’t log in to the My BT app on my mobile device (iPhone 12 pro) - I have reinstalled and the issue remains. After entering the correct details I get “Please check you entered your username and password correctly and try again. If you need help remembering your username or password you can use the links below.”
I can go to bt.com and login with my credentials no problem. How do I get this resolved - any ideas? Thanks
