I've ordered new Sims, but the page:
just takes me to my account homepage.
Is there a page I'm missing, or do I have to call someone, because it takes forever to get through to talk to anyone?

if you get to your account page then scroll down to help then select mobile and then setup and you should see keep my number
Hi, yes, I did that and it still didn't work, just took me back to my account homepage. I've just managed to do it by accessing the page via mobile rather than my laptop, though.
