Just signed up for the BT Sport Monthly Pass and want to confirm how to cancel it. This is the only BT product I have - I'm not a broadband customer or anything else.
(BT's own instructions are to: Simply log into MyBT, find BT Sport Monthly Pass and choose ‘Cancel subscription’.)
If I go to 'My BT' and then click on 'Your products' I see 'BT Sport - Add now' as an option which is odd as I can watch it already. I see no Monthly pass displayed on the 'Your Products' page (at least not yet).
And I see no option to cancel.
Any help please?
That is the correct way to cancel. If your pass has only just started, try waiting 24/48 hours as it might not show in MyBT instantly
