I know this has been asked before, but I cannot find a suitable answer.
I added a 1Gb data add-on for my Daughter as a one off, but this is now set to renew each month. I understand this should be able to be cancelled on my BT account, which I have attempted to do by going to the add-ons section and clicking the cancel button.
I receive an order acknowledgement stating
'Thank you for your order. We've sent an email confirming your order to the registered email address. Please print a
copy of this page for your records.'

But I never get the email. Also the order shows in the orders on the account as 'Pending', but does not say what the order is for and the add-on still shows in the 'Current add-ons' with a renewal date of 11/11/21.
Is this all in order? Or has the cancellation not been processed. At best this is a terrible process to cancel the add-on.
Hi @Argentum66, welcome to the forum, and sorry for the confusion over the cancellation of the Data add-on and that you don't get the email.
I'm sure that the order that is pending is for the cancellation of the add-on on the 11th. If you want to be sure it would be best to call in and speak with customer services who will be able to confirm this for you.
