Cannot connect to the internet using TP-LINK Archer 600 Router

Followed what you told me to do but no good still cannot connect to the internet, at the end of the setup it say failed.

Any more help would be great.

when going though the setup what option do I select dynamic IP or PPPoE please let me know.

I entered the info you sent but still have the problem,

Do I tick Enable VLAN ID or not ?

At the end of the setup get the following error message Sorry! Internet not connected. please check if your cable is properly connected.

Any more help would be great.

VLAN ID is handled by the ONT not the TP-Link.

Checked with Tp-link tech support and they told me at the router is faulty, 

So will get other router
