Cannot manage devices

Hey, when I go onto the by TV app it says I need to register device but when I goto device manager they are both locked and cannot change them. The 30day register never changes also. Hope someone can help me thanks everyone!

I'm sorry for the problems you're having registering devices on your BT TV app.  If you're still having this problems you can give our helpdesk a call on 0800 111 4567.
