Cannot order online

I’ve tried to order Full Fibre300 online and after I put in my personal details and clicked check out it shows ”Sorry...We're sorry but we can't process your order at this time. Please call one of our helpful advisors on 0800 800 150”.

I’ve just move into a new property on last month and Openreach just told me my address is ready for FTTP connection on today.

Can anyone give me some help cause I don’t really want to place an order on phone thank you,

Try phoning the FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help with order
