Charged for BT Sport app with no account or access
I have just tried to sign up for the BT Sport Monthly Pass. I filled in all the details as necessary and upon payment, the card was declined 3 times. I checked my Bank and 2 payments to BT have been taken.
When I attempt to log in to BT, I am asked to enter my BT ID which I do not have. After going through the BT ID sign-up I am asked to enter an account number. I do not have and products from BT so no account number or BT iD.
I am left with a bill of £50 and no help or idea on how I can resolve this issue. I assumed signing up for the monthly pass was as simple as Netflix, prime, etc... but I was wrong.
I'm sorry you've had problems setting up your BT Sport App. When you sign up you'll be asked to create a BTiD using the email you're registering for the App. Have you tried using more than one email address?
