Is it normal for complaint to be closed without knowing the outcome?
I have had email with "We've closed your complaint" heading.
The complaint concerned compensation for intermittent use of phone and internet for several weeks due to broken clip in joint in road (found after digging road up). Exactly the same issue as six years previous (when road was also dug up).

When was the last time you spoke to BT about the complaint, BT can close a complaint after 14 days with no contact from the customer?
It might be best to call 150 and the adviser will be able to deal with the compensation there and then.
