I would like to submit a compliment about a member of your telephone team who recently helped me with broadband set up for a complicated set of house moves. My dealings with her were the most pleasant interaction I've had with a member of telephone sales staff in a long time and she was polite, helpful and patient.

A similar tale of excellent performance here, though I’m not sure if I’m thanking BT, Openreach, or whoever designed the automated systems.
Long story short, on Boxing Day I realised I had been getting numerous dropouts and resyncs, upload speeds dropped dramatically and packet losses were increasing. A fault was automatically raised and following another resync at 6pm on the 27th everything returned to normal. Connection seems rock solid, speeds are normal with zero packet loss.
I was fearing the worst, but I didn’t have to lift a finger.
As with most forums, all we hear are the horror stories, so to balance those out very slightly, whoever you are, thank you. Fabulous service.
