Hi @DavidM replied to your PM with all the info you requested, will continue to monitor modem stats in the meantime.
As David was preoccupied, Neil picked up my case, we discussed the whole issue a couple days ago and he recently reset my downstream SNR back down to 6 and it looks like my broadband is back in working order.
Downstream margin fluctuates a bit and there are some packet errors, but I didn't notice either of those affecting the connection stability or quality.
