DSL disconnects over and over.

From some time 3-4 weeks I have lot of disconnections. There is no pattern - sometimes few a day, sometimes internet is on and off for hour or so. I have serious disruption every 2-3 days. Got new hub - 6 3 weeks ago, BT engineer visited but all was good, open reach engineer switched cable to the box - did not helped. BT helpline escalated issue to open reach again. Logs below - is someone have idea what is the problem, would be great!

I am using pastebin as there is lot of logs. Can paste more if that would be helpful.

Re: DSL disconnects over and over.

welcome to the BT community forum where customers help customers and only BT employees are the forum mods

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router  192.168.1.254 in your browser then advanced settings then technical log information .

Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

enter your phone number and post results  remember to delete number   https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem

Re: DSL disconnects over and over.

from stats you are on fibre 1 with max connection of 55/10mb   your connection time is only 7 minutes was that router dropping connection or manual reset?

interesting your speed is still ok despite the numerous disconnection

can you post results from dslchecker?

Re: DSL disconnects over and over.

Speed is fine. I dont reset router unless its orange for long time. Since 18th of November (factory reset by BT engineer) the message `Connection to the Internet has been terminated.(Reboot,Reconfiguration, forced termination)` indicating internet disconnection happened around 110 times (220 messages, 2 messages per disconnection). Some evenings I cant watch Netflix, not to mention play online (me or my son).

Below ADSL checker result:
