Hi,
Today i got a letter about getting ready to move to DV....
I want to stall this for as long as possible, and if not I don't want the landline anymore if this is possible.
The perfect scenario would be if I can stall this out for as long as my contract at least then get rid.
Can anyone on here assist?
If you intend to dispense with your phone, why does it matter if you are converted to DV ?
It's only used for a relative to call on, which in fairness is a waste, but I only started the contract in July, I use my own router, and don't want to go back to the Smart Hub, just to use the line.
I'd happily keep the line until contract is up if it stays on copper, if it can't, I don't want it.
Then just don't use it and remove it from your contract when it expires. If you don't want it, what does it matter if it is copper or DV
