Moved to house 6 weeks ago and digital phone not connecting. Showing a red triangle Unable to make or receive calls.
Phone supplied by BT.
WiFi is working.

do you have Digital voice and SH2?
if so did you pair your phone to the hub? if you go to hub manager 192.168.1.257 into address bar can you see your phone number ad if so is it blue or greyed out

It's never connected, tried the WPS too
Hopefully BT are now looking into it.
