Thanks for the update. That's more generous than when I got my offer (2019). Fortunately for me BT messed up the original order and had to re-order the service. This meant that I got one Advanced digital handset (the one without Alexa) and 2 Essential digital handsets. When the one with Alexa became available earlier this year I called Customer Services and received one of those the following day. Happy with them all.
