My landline is down, the online portal didn't work to book an appointment. But chat booked me an appointment and said it was confirmed. Right after the chat finished, i checked trackmyfault and could see the appointment was there. However a few minutes later I got the text confirming it, and when I clicked on the link it said I have no open faults. I got back onto chat, and the bloke said it was fixed and that tracking would work, however it still says no open fault
Trying to call isn't an option as there's next to no mobile signal at my house and the landline isn't working.
