Divert my calls as sim is broken

How can I divert that my incoming calls should go to a different number if my son is broken and I can't do it from my phone

Hi @Jacgreencanvey welcome to the community, I'm really sorry to see your sim is broken.  If you get in touch with the BT Mobile team on 0800 800 150 they'll be able to help you with that.

I'm sure that it can only be done by yourself on the mobile, so if its broke there'll be no way to do it until you get a replacement sim/phone.
