I have to admit, reporting a fault to BT is very awkward.
Ive gone through the processes asked and it then says I have no fault tracked. Cant even chat online as there are no available agents 😞
Might have a long wait, but try calling 150 to report the fault
Goddamit! Terrible again. Look at the downstream this time!......Gonna have to try and get through on the weekend to log a fault
