I recently (Nov 2020) upgraded my broadband to Halo 1 and at same time upgraded and recontacted my BT mobile family Sims
I pay to have 5Gb of data on each sim and with the double data deal should obviously get 10gb but am only getting 8 any ideas or is another call in order

What does your bill state with the data allowance ? just checking you have 5GB and not confusing it with a 5G plan.
Under the broadband section, it should also state you have double data and confirm the amount.
Your order confirmation should also show what the plan is, if the plan is correct and the Halo benefits are set wrong, speak with the Mobile Connection team, it's a quick fix to put right.
Yep definitely shows as 5gb family SIM plan but shows 3gb add on to take it up to only 8Gb not double of 10
