For some reason I can’t sign in to my emails on my phone anymore , can anyone help ?

Bit more detail please eg type of phone (apple or android), what mail app you are using and are there any error messages .

I’ve got android phone ,  just an normal email account , message says couldn’t verify account, username or password incorrect or pop3/imap access isn’t turned on for this account.

username and password are correct and everything was working fine until a couple of days ago

Are you either a BT broadband customer or paying for Premium mail, if neither, your email account has probably been either downgraded to basic mail which is only available via webmail or deleted altogether.
